I’m a former dancer, fitness model and gymnast. I know the highs of a very fit, well-conditioned body. But as a recovering addict, I know the lows of a mind in need of healing. I grew up rough and never learned how to communicate my feelings and needs. So, my training regimen goes well beyond the physical. I also champion men’s mental health to help you strengthen your mind as well as your body.
My victories, and my mistakes, give me the skills and knowledge to help you. Just like the hundreds of clients who look to my app and personal coaching to help them stick to a positive lifestyle as they balance a work life and a personal life.
